By accessing or using invoice.jhaenajewels.com (the “Service”), including signing in via Facebook Login, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent where permitted by law.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Facebook Login

When you choose Facebook Login, we receive only the data you authorize (e.g., name, email, user ID, profile picture). Usage of your Facebook account is also subject to Facebook’s terms and policies.

4. Permitted use

You may use the Service to manage invoices and related ecommerce activities. You agree not to misuse the Service (including fraud, scraping, interfering with security, or violating applicable laws).

5. Intellectual property

The Service, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by Jhaena Jewels or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Privacy

7. Payments & records

For any transactions, you agree to pay applicable amounts. We do not store full payment card numbers. Transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jhaena Jewels and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
