If you signed in with Facebook and want your data deleted from Jhaena Jewels Invoice Portal, choose one of the options below.

Option A — Delete via Facebook

1. Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Jhaena Jewels / Invoice Portal and click Remove.
3. Facebook will notify us; we will delete associated data that is not required for legal/accounting retention.

Option B — Request deletion from us

Email jhaenajewels@gmail.com with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion”, or submit a request at [CONTACT_FORM_URL].

• Include your Facebook user ID or the email address used to log in.
• We will verify the request and delete eligible data within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

What we may retain

Certain records (e.g., invoices, tax/financial documents) may be retained as required by law. Such records are restricted and used only for compliance.
